The Agroconfiança is an organization that operates in the agribusiness segment and the center of our work are people. The central sheet of our logo represents our DNA.

People are the foundation of our business, and this is supported by over 2 anchor that is the information / technology and efficiency / services.

Through this union our mission, vision and values will build up and bring sustainable results to our organization and our partners.

Currently our employees have multidisciplinary training, some from different regions of Brazil and different segments to ours as the mining sector. Our administrative people are mostly company managers and our external collaborators are agronomists and zootechnician.

We invest in training our people to be prepared to report on new technologies of crops and products and are prepared to be effective in the services they perform.

Our agronomists and zootechnician ensure the management of crops and herds efficiently and securely, through technical assistance and stand ready to meet at any time, the application of products, lifting pests, prescription diets to animals and actions of prevention . They are also told to be always present in the field, with our customers, who are the reason of our existence. With this we seek proximity with the farmer, we also operate in partnership with precision farming company, supporting our technical information to prescribing detailed recommendations.
